What Discount Does a Reseller Get? Top

The reseller discount is 10% off all our hosting accounts. This discount is appied to monthly hosting prices only (i.e. not in addition to the quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and bi-annual discounts). The discount does not apply to domain name registration charges, or setup fees.



How Does a Reseller Add Accounts? Top

A reseller can easily add hosting accounts right in their control panel. Just click on 'Add Domain'.



Are there any minimum requirements to keep my LA InterWeb partner status? Top

The only requirement to remain a reseller is to have the Premium Reseller, Commerce Reseller, or Enterprise Reseller plan with us and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Idemnification Policy.




Who provides my customers with technical support when they need assistance? Top

The reseller does. The reseller discount is designed for resellers that plan on supporting their clients.



Who handles the billing for my hosting accounts? Top

You provide billing to your customers. We bill you for the accounts, then you turn around and bill your customers whatever price you choose.



What if my customers want SSL secure server access? Top

If your customers need an SSL secure server for their transactions, they will have to purchase their own security cretificate unless you wanted to get one of your own and offer to host their secure forms on your domain. Or, your customers can use the LA InterWeb secure server but they will see our company name in the URL of the secure form.



Can I pay for my account or my customer's accounts by check? Top

No, all resellers must pay by credit card.

What if my customer doesn't pay their bill? Top

You are responsible for paying for our customers' hosting accounts. And, if your account balance becomes overdue, we do reserve the right to suspend your web site and your customers' web sites until the balance is paid.
