It is possible to block any email address using the Control Panel.

Please follow these steps:

1) Log on to the Control Panel.

2) Click on File Manager.

3) Click on 'domainname-mail' folder.

4) Next to 'File Name', type in
.rc.local.init and click on 'Create/Edit File' button.

5) If you are prompted to create the file, please confirm.

6) In the new window that opens up, type
:0
* ^From.*email@sender.com
/dev/null


where, email@sender.com should be replaced with the email address that is to be blocked.

7) Click on 'Save'.
