This is a precautionary measure as the domain name change process may delete the contents of your web site. Also, you may need to re-create all the e-mail accounts on your domain. If you have a database, please backup that database also. If you have installed the Miva software on your domain, then we need to contact Miva.com to make the changes in their database. They need to know the new domain name on your hosting account. This normally takes 2-3 business working days. Once you have done these things, please put in a Help Desk Request. They will do that for you.
